  • Attendance information

  • Photo or video material (only with your consent)

Our website is hosted via Wix.
We also use Mailchimp for email communications (if you subscribe).
 

These providers may automatically process certain data, such as:

  • Wix (hosting and website infrastructure)

  • Mailchimp (email communication)

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
 

6. Professional confidentiality
 

As osteopaths and coaches, we are bound by professional confidentiality under Article 458 of the Belgian Criminal Code.

This means that all information you share with us, verbally, in writing, or digitally, is treated as strictly confidential.
 

We only share your data when:

  • you have given explicit consent

  • it is legally required

  • there is an exceptional emergency situation
