At MFI (Jan Geysen, Ruth Lowyck, Yana Geysen), we value transparency and clear agreements. In these Terms and Conditions, we explain the conditions under which we provide our services, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you as a client or participant.
By using our services, booking an appointment, or registering for a workshop, lecture, or training, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by MFI, both to private and professional clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By making an appointment, booking a workshop or training, or using the website, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Advisory services
All services are provided on a best-efforts obligation basis, not a result obligation. No specific results can be guaranteed.
4. No medical treatment
The services provided by MFI:

do not constitute medical or psychiatric treatment
-
do not replace consultation with a physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist
In case of serious physical or psychological concerns, the client is advised to seek professional medical help.
5. Appointments and cancellation
Appointments are scheduled in advance.
Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment

Late cancellations or no-shows may be fully charged

Specific cancellation conditions may apply for workshops, lectures, and trainings and will be communicated in advance (see 'FAQ' - Workshops, Lectures, Events page).
6. Pricing and payment
Applicable fees are communicated in advance and are available on the website or upon request.
Unless agreed otherwise:

Payment is made via bank transfer or electronic payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date

Workshops and trainings must be paid in advance
In case of late payment, legal interest and administrative fees may be charged.
7. Confidentiality and professional secrecy
MFI is committed to strict confidentiality regarding all information obtained during services, except in cases of:

legal obligations
-
serious and imminent risks to the client or others

8. Liability
MFI is not liable for:

indirect damages
-
consequential damages
-
damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the service concerned.
The client remains fully responsible for their own choices, actions, and decisions.
9. Use of the website
The content of the website is for informational purposes only. MFI strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy.
It is not permitted to copy or use website content without prior written consent.
The website is hosted via Wix.
10. Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the issue arises, via:

We will handle complaints carefully and aim to find an appropriate solution.
11. Right of withdrawal (online bookings)
If the client books online as a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, unless:

the service has already been fully or partially performed within this period, and

the client has explicitly agreed to immediate execution
12. Changes
MFI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district where MFI is established.
