Cancellation and
Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services, workshops, lectures, and training programs offered by MFI.
 

1. Individual sessions (coaching / guidance)
 

• Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session

• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full session fee will be charged

• Sessions already paid for will not be refunded in such cases
   

2. Workshops and lectures
 

• Cancellation up to 7 days before the event → full refund

• Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the event → 50% refund

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event → no refund
   

You may transfer your spot to another person, provided you inform us in advance.
 

3. Training programs and trajectories
 

• Payment must be made in advance

• Cancellation up to 14 days before the start → full refund

• Cancellation within 14 days before the start → no refund
   

Once a training or trajectory has started, no refunds are possible.
 

4. Cancellation by MFI
 

If a session, workshop, or training is cancelled by us:

• an alternative date will be offered
  or

• a full refund will be provided
   

5. Exceptions
 

In cases of force majeure (such as illness or exceptional circumstances), we will work together to find a suitable solution.
