We often lose touch with our essence, without even realising it.
We adapt, choosing forms that work, that are expected or that feel safe.Yet somewhere, there remains a sense that something is not quite right.
It asks for slowing down, honesty, openness, and the willingness to acknowledge where you moved away from your essence.
What if essence is not something you need to strive for,
but something you can simply return to?
What you can expect from this workshop:
We explore what essence means for you and how it already expresses itself in your life.
We take the time to help you reconnect with your essence.
We explore the relationship between essence and identity: the forms you have chosen and how they support or limit you.
There is space for direct experience, attuned to what arises within you.
Over the course of three days, a natural deepening unfolds: from recognising, to alignment, to integration.
You receive a workbook with texts and reflections that you can use at your own pace, before, during and after the workshop.
You will be guided in how to give what unfolds during the workshop a place in your daily life.
Structure of the three days
09u00 - 16u00:
Day 1 – 21st February - What is essence
Reconnecting with who you are in your essence
Day 2 – 28th February - Alignment between essence and identity
Identity as a form through which your essence can be lived
Day 3 – 7th March - Integration
Allowing what you have recognised to take a place in your daily life
18th April – Follow-up moment - 09u00 - 12u00
A moment to reflect together on what has been set in motion and where you may still feel stuck
Price:
€950 Installment payments are possible.
The price includes a workbook, a healthy lunch made with love, and fruit, snacks, water, coffee, and tea available throughout the day.
