We often lose touch with our essence without even realizing it. We adapt, choosing ways of living that work, that are expected of us, or that feel safe. And before we know it, these ways of living become second nature.
It asks for slowing down, honesty, openness, and the willingness to acknowledge
where you moved away from your essence.

What to expect from this workshop:
We create a space where you can reconnect with your essence and experience what feels natural and true to you.
We explore the relationship between your essence and identity. How do you shape your life, and how can your essence become a greater source of direction?
There is room to feel, experience and reflect on what is personally meaningful to you.
Throughout the three days, a natural deepening takes place: from recognition to alignment and integration.
You will receive a workbook with texts and reflections to explore at your own pace, before, during and after the workshop.
You will receive guidance in bringing your experiences and insights into your everyday life, allowing them to find their place beyond the workshop.
The 3-Day Journey (09u00 - 16u00):
Day 1 – 21 February 2027 - What is essence Reconnecting with who you truly are
Day 2 – 28 February 2027 - Alignment between Essence and Identity
How your essence can guide the way you live and the choices you make.
Day 3 – 14 March 2027 - Integration Giving your experiences and insights a place in your everyday life.
25 April 2027 – Follow-up moment (09u00 - 12u00)
Coming together to reflect on what has grown since the workshop, the experiences you've had and any questions that may still be present.
Price: €950 Installment payments are possible.
The price includes a healthy lunch made with love, drinks, small treats and the Essence workbook.
