1:1 COACHING
Ruth Lowyck
Attuned to you and what is asking to unfold in your life

Alongside the workshops and lectures, you can choose individual coaching with Ruth.
These sessions deepen and support what was touched during a workshop or lecture,
offering space to integrate this into your daily life.
You can also choose them independently, as a moment to pause together with what is asking to unfold in your life, where you may feel stuck and what is needed there to allow movement again.
In the journal, Ruth shares her reflections on themes that are also touched
upon in her coaching, approached from the perspective of MFI.
A space where you are met in who you truly are
In our sessions, we stay close to what you are experiencing at this moment of your life.
Where are you still living in line with what feels right for you and where are you not?
Not to analyse, but to understand what is truly moving beneath the surface.
You don't need to go back into the past to find a way forward.
In working from a different reference point that touches the language of essence,
something can begin to move.
It opens space to reconnect with your inner compass and meet life again with greater ease.
What to expect
Personal guidance,
attuned to your process
A warm, open space,
free of judgment
Reflection, dialogue and growth
Sessions for couples are also possible
I am someone who deeply loves life and meets it with openness,
allowing myself to be touched by what it brings, while remaining open and vulnerable,
as vulnerability is an essential part of life for me.
On my own path, I’ve come to experience that it is always possible to return
to your own essence, and to life itself, which are inseparably connected.
Even if that path is not always easy, yet deeply worth walking.
“In nature of being, true knowledge lives.
In unfolding its beauty, we grow”.

“I gained a deeper understanding of
the true language of symptoms.
This gave me a sense of freedom:
to see symptoms as invitations to listen and embrace, rather than enemies that need to be fought.”
“During the night after the second day,
I had a vivid image:
the left side of my body looked
like dry, cracked land.
Then I felt gentle streams of water rising from deep within me,
slowly flowing through the cracks.
I felt a breathtaking sense of
beauty and gratitude.”
“What I found so encouraging and liberating was discovering that living more in alignment with your essence can happen through very small changes”.
